Welcome to our annual Employee Engagement Survey.
The aim of the survey is to find out how you feel about working at the LMA so that, where possible, we can improve your working experience. We really want to know what you think, because without your input we can't take action. Please take this opportunity to have your say.
The first question asks whether you are on a fixed-term or permanent contract. This is because two of the questions are only relevant to colleagues on permanent contracts. If you select “fixed-term”, these two questions will not be shown to you.
The survey is hosted and administered by an independent data collector, Pulse Check. Your responses will be anonymous and all data collected will be held in the strictest confidence.
